What’s the usual thing you will say when you are promoting your business?
“I’m working with the world’s number 1 health company”
“Our products do miracles”
“The compensation plan pays you this much”
“Our products is recognize by so-and-so Doctor”
“We have the best marketing system in place for you to plug in”
Well, I hate to say this but these are not typical network marketing style. Your network marketing success has got nothing to do with the type of compensation plan, the products, the marketing system or any other things that you can think of. If you are going out selling products after products and by the end of the day you will find yourself earning very little. That’s because this is not network marketing, this is just a salesperson selling and promoting products.
Network Marketing is About Building an Organization
It is about bringing in the right people for the business, people that truly wants to grow the business. Now the 90/10 rule kicks in, not everyone can be successful in network marketing. Some will stay and do nothing, some will stay and do something but not much and some will go all out and do whatever it takes to become successful in building the business. This is the kind of person you have to bring in or train.
I break down into 2 main component that forms a strong network marketing business.
Leadership and Culture.
Leadership is crucial in any network marketing team and building the correct culture is equally as important as imparting leadership skills to your downlines. Leaders create culture and culture creates a strong healthy network marketing business.
