I was surfing through the internet yesterday and try googling my name and I happened to find an interesting site that have a website title “The American Dream”. They have my biography and interview done by Success University on their website, so I was pretty surprise. I knew I had done the interview about 6 months ago and it was surpose to be publish on Success University’s monthly newsletter and I have missed that particular issue somehow.

Here’s the write up…

Terry Tay - Singapore

I’m currently doing my diploma program in Business Information Technology. Right after I graduate this August, I will be going to the military to serve my country for 2 years.

I discovered Success University one day when I was surfing the web looking for ways to make money online, and I stumbled upon a group of people (now my good friends) working with this company. I attended their training and was introduced to Success University.

Initially, I joined out of curiosity, just to try my luck to make some money online during my school days, but later, it made me realize that there are greater things in life then just make money. I discovered my goals in life.

Many people that I have met along the way have helped me in some ways to get to where I am now. My core team, has been wonderful in supporting me. My dad was also a great support and encourages me to move forward, even though he can be pretty reserved at times.

Before Success University, frankly, I had no goal… I was aimless! At first, I wanted to pursue a veterinarian course in Australia but because of my grades, I wasn’t able to get it. Now, I see a brilliant future for myself as a leader within this wonderful company.

I’m always a learner in life and I will continue to increase my knowledge, applying what I have learned to build my organization. Ironically, the things that I have learned in business can be used in my personal life as well. It’s all just a matter of the way you look at it. Right now, I work within my means to expand my means.

I always remind myself “success is not a destination, it’s a learning process”. Don’t limit your idea of success as just one particular place because there really is no limit to what you can achieve.

My vision for success is to create financial freedom so that my loved ones don’t have to worry about going on vacation and coming home to not having enough money for bills and rent next month. I want them to enjoy everything in life without having to worry about money at all. That is my vision for success!

On a side note, I would like to thank Matt Morris, Johnny Wimbrey and the rest of the Success University team for this opportunity to share. I have learned valuable principles from both of these guys and want to thank them for their wonderful contribution and support.
