Yesterday has been a long day, I was at the [tag]World Internet MEGA Summit[/tag] in Singapore with I believe about 3000 attendees in the room. Imagine with that amount of people in the room, I really need a breather outside. So I went out for a stretch walk…
As a came out I met Armand Morin with a little group of people having a “mini” conference. Being curious I join them.
If you don’t [tag]Armand Morin[/tag], here’s a short introduction on him:
“He is one of the most well known [tag]Internet Marketers[/tag] in the world today. Having started online in 1996, his personal online businesses alone have generated over $25,000,000 in revenue since then. This doesn’t include the millions of dollars his student have produced form his teachings.
He has taught tens of thousands of people his amazingly unique and proprietary internet business building principles and strategies which work without fail for every single business who has implemented them.
Armand has helped thousands of people from all walks of life to increase and enhance their online businesses thought automation with his highly acclaimed “Generator” brand of softwares which us used by tens of thousands of people in 101 different countries.”
So what was he talking about during that “mini” conference?
I could have recorded the whole “interview” down BUT I was totally engrossed to his knowledge that he is sharing. However, I still manage to capture a 55 second video.
Anyway let me just back track and share with you about the highlights.
So what I learned from Armand on Squeeze pages are?
You need to have ALL these:
1. Audio
2. Check box saying YES! I Want to…
3. Dotted border around the opt in with a different back ground color.
4. A BIG fat BIG font opt in button with red back ground.
5. White background.
6. Readable fonts (Basically he said that WEB 2.0 simply means BIGGER)
THIS IS WHAT YOU DON’T NEED:
Just one but I thought it make lots of sense. Take the diagonal logo background thats appear several times in the background AWAY! That will take the eye balls away from your main copy so its a HUGE distraction.
Lastly I find this unique, is to have a LOGO, like what the BIG boys are doing (Google has a logo, Yahoo has a logo, YouTube has a logo etc) But most marketers thing that it not important or I would say necessary to have one. Armand pointed out that a LOGO is your business icon and that makes you different from your competitor. Its something for you to thing about.
That’s pretty much about the “mini” conference. We spend about 20 minutes and I must say he sounded genuine BUT I believe he is, so do check him out on Google.
