Disclaimer, disclaimer, disclaimer… this is not some kind of misleading post that is going to use any kind of controversial tactics to catch your attention. I won’t want to be ban for doing such things. John Reese is taking it seriously in protecting the integrity of Traffic Secrets 2.0 as well as the company so I totally understand why he is banning affiliates for using “misleading” marketing tactics. If I were him, I will do the same to protect my products. Traffic Secrets 2.0 is the cream of the crop Internet marketing course that’s available on the Internet today and without a doubt John has to the necessary precaution to keep his brand and reputation intact.
Ok updates aside now, that’s not the main thing I want to talk to you about tonight. Now you probably have an idea that Traffic Secrets 2.0 is not some crappy ebook that’s going ripped you off. It’s a highly respected Internet marketing training course in the industry… It’s not digitalize, no it’s NOT. It’s a physical product that will be deliver to your door step by mail!
Enough of my introduction, what I want to address today is if Traffic Secrets 2.0 can help network marketers build their business online?
My answer is yes! and no! Looking at the sales page, this course is designed for people that wants to generate more traffic, make money online and to grow their business online. But then again, some of the modules in the course can help you generate more potential leads using a smaller budget. Let me just run through which are the particular modules (I’ll run down the sales page) which I feel could benefit you as a network marketer right away.
CD#1: The Foundation
This module teaches you the principles of traffic generation which means, the fundamentals of driving visitors to your website. Put this context into generating more leads for your network marketing business, if you want to generate more leads to your business capture page you need to drive traffic. There’s 101 ways to drive traffic to your site and if you want your network marketing business to grow you need to find more new targeted prospect. That’s when traffic generation comes in… you’ll save money doing it online.
CD#5: Content Factory
Many Internet marketers probably call this the “Grand Daddy” of all Internet marketing techniques - Content marketing. In this module, you’ll learn how to write an article that attracts your niche market. For instance, if you are in the health industry, you probably write an article on why you need to take this vitamin or that supplement and so on. You brand yourself as an expert in your industry and educate your niche so, very similar you’ll establish yourself online with lots of content educating your nice - Attract targeted traffic or people.
CD#6: Video Marketing
Ok! This is one of the latest and hottest marketing methods currently. Do a business presentation video, be creative and put it on YouTube! Guess what, YouTube is not the only place to share or market your videos. There’s more to what video marketing can do for your MLM business. Just think harder…
CD#7: Social Strategy
The word “social” suggest being together with people right? We all know that network marketing is a people to people business and only through building good relationship the business can grow wealthy and healthy. I bet this module will make a significant difference in your marketing efforts to grow your business.
These are the 4 CD modules can help you grow your network marketing business online. I’m not sure about the rest of the CD modules but I’m sure that they will come in handy in the future. Marketing is about innovation and marketing online can be a great place to test your creativity and innovation.
That’s all I can share for now. I would need to review the course to actually know if the all of the strategies can help grow a network marketing business online. Some strategies do work but some not as effective. So until my Traffic Secrets 2.0 arrive I won’t be able to say much.

In a network marketing business, you can delegate your work to others or your team members and still be very successful. It’s true!
You leverage on other people’s time and expertise to the things you are not good in. This way you have more time to focus on your core duties which has a greater value to your overall network marketing business.
We as network marketers love the idea of leveraging others and duplication. We simply just want to sit back and watch our team grow on auto pilot and have money coming into our bank account every day. It’s a great picture if you come to think about it.
Be realistic, it’s not going to happen just like that. We’ll talk about 3 things that you should NEVER delegate in order to build a successful network marketing organization.
Let’s move on with the first one.
NEVER delegate your leadership.
Don’t get confuse between leadership and management. Both of them may sound the same but in fact they are very different.
Management is making sure that all the pieces come together and everything goes accordingly as instructed. That’s management!
Leadership is a whole lot different. The leader will ask, “Can you get a team of people to get this particular project done by this coming Friday?” Well, this may sound easy. Let’s go deeper.
Leadership is about knowing what to expect and inspecting what he expects, and also to keep your network marketing team in the right direction.
There are two types of leadership, a leader and a dictator. A leader influences his team by serving them and a dictator wants to be served by his people. For example, Adolf Hitler is a great dictator NOT a leader. By now you should able to differentiate that most dictators lead for the bad. You want to be a leader that influences not dictate.
In network marketing, leadership plays an important role to grow your team. The person that joins your business will need to look upon to you. If you can establish that kind of leadership, your business will grow.
Well, some may say, “I don’t know how to be a leader!” That’s ok! No one is born to be a leader. All leaders learn how to lead. I must admit that, it’s not going to be easy to be one. You’ve to change some of your bad habits and cultivate a new mindset in order to be one.
Don’t delegate your leadership, you team will shatter once you do that.
Next, NEVER delegate your network marketing team culture.
What is a culture? A network marketing team culture is a set of value, principles and attitude that your organization portrait.
We all know that there are good and bad network marketing companies and teams out there that are building their business in an unethical way. Some companies train their organization into a group of super pushy sales people, they will resort to all sorts of method to recruit and sell their products. Sometimes, their methods are unethical and annoying. Selling is a skill and sometimes it requires being a little pushy but there’s always limitation.
If you want your team and network marketing company to have a good image. You need to do it the right way. That’s common sense.
Don’t let your team set a “bad” culture for your entire organization. You want to be in charge of setting the style or culture that is beneficial for your company and team.
NEVER delegate your team building effort.
Most people says that network marketing business is about duplication. If everyone does the same thing as what a successful network marketer does, the team will explode in no time. However, let’s be realistic, not everyone are able to do the same.
People of different background, different habits, and different mindset joins a network marketing business everyday, they are all different. We can’t assume that they know how to go about building the business immediately, especially when they are new to network marketing.
Don’t rely on your team to build your business or your organization. Simply not everyone is going to do the same.
Never delegate your team building efforts to your downlines. You have to continuously grow and expand your team.
So these are the 3 main things that you should never delegate. Well, not completely but you need to be on top of these three things. Stay in charge of them if you want to be successful in your network marketing business and generate tons of money.

Everyone is talking about blog today. People blog about their life, some even use blog to generate money from online advertisements and some huge companies use blogs to communicate with their employees in a more casual way.
Can blog be use for network marketing? Sure it can! There are many ways you can make good use of your blog to grow your team.
Whether are you in a traditional or internet network marketing business, if you are not using blogs now you are leaving good money on the table. Your network marketing blog can be your ultimate recruiting and team building machine.
Let me break it down into two important parts so you can have a grasp of how a blog can dramatically help you in your network marketing business.
Business Exposure
Blogs is one way you can market your product or business opportunity around the world. It is a great way to build relationship with your prospects and educate them about your products and your business opportunity. Besides, search engines like Google love blogs because of its nature and they are more likely to index it faster, thus more exposure.
What I will recommend when you are starting a blog is to use a Wordpress blog software which you need to have it install on your own web hosting. Go to www.wordpress.org to download the software. Wordpress blog gives you more flexibility and control. In addition there are load of wordpress software plug-ins out there that you can add on to give your blog greater online exposure.
Team Building
Communicating with your market is one way but it can also serve as a medium to talk, educate, and motivate your existing team members. For example, you can educate your downlines about the company products in detail or write an article on the steps that you will do when you present the business opportunity to your prospect. Many say that to succeed in network marketing, the key is duplication! I can’t agree more to that. A blog serves as a teaching medium, your downlines can learn what you do and duplicate it.
Another advantage point is to motivate your downlines. When ever any of you member have been promote or had a break through success or have done something worth mentioning, post it on your blog. Write an article about it or do an interview on how he or she did it and post it up on your blog. This way, it motivates and teaches other members how that particular member did it. Moreover, would it be nice to feature a member that has done something great?
I believe people love being acknowledged with what they have done, so do that and it will greatly boost your team’s morale!
In summary, a blog can be use as a marketing tool or team building tool or both. It’s a tool I would suggest you to use whether you are in an off line network marketing business or an internet network marketing business. It a powerful tool so use it to your business advantage.

Well, I don’t mean promotion as in I have some thing to sell you. Yes! What I mean is I have been PROMOTED to Director in Success University!

Focus on what you are doing, be it team building or prospecting or driving traffic leads to your business website. Focus on one thing, do it, do it good then move on to the next one.
Be consistent in the things you are doing. When you have set yourself to focus building your team then do it consistently! You can be either consistently doing the wrong thing or consistently doing the right thing, so why not do the right stuff. Right?
Patience, this is where most people fail and I have to admit that I’m one of them. You can be focus and consistent but if you lack patience, you tend to drop what you do and in the end you’ll never ever going to meet success.
The key here is to KNOW what you are doing! Here’s an example, we all know that it takes about 9 months for a baby to be fully develop and be ready for birth. No one will go into pregnancy and expect to give birth when its only 4 months old, we all know that it will take 9 months. So, when we know what we are doing, where we are going and roughly how long it takes our patience tends to be better.
The above 3 keys is what I have learned from my internet marketing coach, Stephen Pierce and I want to share it with you guys.
