I have met Matt Morris, CEO and President of Success University during his last visit to Singapore. My team and I had a great time hanging out with him and Johnny. A very humble and down to earth person, a nice guy indeed.
I pretty much heard about his life story. What happened to him when he was a young boy, parents divorced and his father committed suicide. How many times he failed in the businesses he ventured into. Went homeless and have to live in a car. Why was he still able to succeed. He told me that the key was “Not to give up”. When you fail, get back up… when you fail again, get back up again. That’s his formula.
I somehow related his pass to mine. My parents divorce when I was 7, never seen my mum since then and whats worst is I don’t even know if she is alive or dead - its not that I never go look for her, i did but she just couldn’t be found.
After hearing Matt’s story, I felt much better in a way. I felt that I’m in better advantage than him when he was at my age. This gave me a booster, If he can do it so can I.
Here’s an interview by Fox News on Matt Morris, Its a MUST watch. Check it out!
