Disclaimer, disclaimer, disclaimer… this is not some kind of misleading post that is going to use any kind of controversial tactics to catch your attention. I won’t want to be ban for doing such things. John Reese is taking it seriously in protecting the integrity of Traffic Secrets 2.0 as well as the company so I totally understand why he is banning affiliates for using “misleading” marketing tactics. If I were him, I will do the same to protect my products. Traffic Secrets 2.0 is the cream of the crop Internet marketing course that’s available on the Internet today and without a doubt John has to the necessary precaution to keep his brand and reputation intact.

Ok updates aside now, that’s not the main thing I want to talk to you about tonight. Now you probably have an idea that Traffic Secrets 2.0 is not some crappy ebook that’s going ripped you off. It’s a highly respected Internet marketing training course in the industry… It’s not digitalize, no it’s NOT. It’s a physical product that will be deliver to your door step by mail!

Enough of my introduction, what I want to address today is if Traffic Secrets 2.0 can help network marketers build their business online?

My answer is yes! and no! Looking at the sales page, this course is designed for people that wants to generate more traffic, make money online and to grow their business online. But then again, some of the modules in the course can help you generate more potential leads using a smaller budget. Let me just run through which are the particular modules (I’ll run down the sales page) which I feel could benefit you as a network marketer right away.

CD#1: The Foundation

This module teaches you the principles of traffic generation which means, the fundamentals of driving visitors to your website. Put this context into generating more leads for your network marketing business, if you want to generate more leads to your business capture page you need to drive traffic. There’s 101 ways to drive traffic to your site and if you want your network marketing business to grow you need to find more new targeted prospect. That’s when traffic generation comes in… you’ll save money doing it online.

CD#5: Content Factory

Many Internet marketers probably call this the “Grand Daddy” of all Internet marketing techniques - Content marketing. In this module, you’ll learn how to write an article that attracts your niche market. For instance, if you are in the health industry, you probably write an article on why you need to take this vitamin or that supplement and so on. You brand yourself as an expert in your industry and educate your niche so, very similar you’ll establish yourself online with lots of content educating your nice - Attract targeted traffic or people.

CD#6: Video Marketing

Ok! This is one of the latest and hottest marketing methods currently. Do a business presentation video, be creative and put it on YouTube! Guess what, YouTube is not the only place to share or market your videos. There’s more to what video marketing can do for your MLM business. Just think harder…

The word “social” suggest being together with people right? It’s been a really long time since I post and I apologize for that. I have been busy working on my projects and couldn’t really find time to make post at the moment. It will not be for long, I will be sharing some projects that I am working on. It will definitely be a good sharing (My project developments will definitely last for about a year or more).

2 days ago, I happened to drop by John Reese’s blog and found out something interesting. John Reese was attacked by other netizen! They were calling John Reese a scam artist in disguise, preaching other internet users to sign up with Twitter (follow me here) so that he could sell some cheap ebooks to them. How funny?

If you have been using Twitter, you know that you can choose who you want to listen to and who you don’t want to listen to. It’s crazy when some body actually accused him of selling ebooks via Twitter. Oh common! There’s a ton of ways to sell ebooks and frankly I wouldn’t click the link on Twitter’s update if it says something like this… “Ebook Reveals Secret to Generate $12,399 a Day…. on and on… Click this link to…”. That’s really a turn off and I don’t think John Reese, an expert Internet Marketer will be dumb enough to do that.

Back to the title of today’s post, will the Internet exist without any marketing?

I seriously think that this can’t happen. John Reese mentioned that the Web 2.0 wouldn’t exist if there weren’t any Internet marketers. That’s really true if you come to think about it. It’s the same for offline market, the world we are living in wouldn’t even be what it is today if there wouldn’t selling and buying. That’s the way of life and human beings have been doing it since civilization (whenever that maybe).

Everywhere you go online, there’s ads, freebies, headlines, free membership signup. All these are what constitutes to marketing in general. If there’s a demand, there’s a supply. People are hungry for fast information and to be honest, I would rather buy the correct information for a reasonable amount than to spend 6 months figuring how to do it. We are living in the Information Age for goodness sake!

John Reese is probably right, the Internet wouldn’t have exist with any marketing or selling. It will just be another dead town.

Can we really do that? Last week I have received a disturbing email and the email reads…

Here I am celebrating my birthday and on the other side of the world people are suffering from poverty. This guy made me realize how blessed and fortunate I am and I can have nothing to complaint about my life but certainly what I can do is to make my life and my love ones life better.

I grew up without a mother but that’s nothing compare to him who has lost his parents to genocide.

Robert Kiyosaki has always been someone I look up to. I have learn many life principles from his business books and I very grateful that he is sharing what his Rich Dad have taught him about business and investing when he was young.

I can’t agree more that money is not every thing but money can certainly bring happiness to the people you love most. I believe that anyone that want to improve their lifestyle should take time out to learn the financial game. Most people thinks that it’s going to be complicated, it will be but it’s definitely worth your time.

I’m not as successful as Robert Kiyosaki now but for every great success story there’s always a beginning. It comes back to you, are you willing to take the first step! Taking your first step is not taking a sum of money and hand it over to a financial institute and hope that they do their job, NO! It’s about putting the correct knowledge into your mind. I’ll suggest that you invest some time and money to read through Robert Kiyosaki Rich Dad Poor Dad, a book that educates you about the concept of money.

Help Yourself First

At some point in life, there’s an urge to help financially to your favorite charitable organization. I know because it happen to me before. But when I look at my bank account, after I have reinvest back into my business, there’s barely much I can do. I soon realize that the best way that I can help others is to help myself first! Look at the bigger picture, do you want to help them now with a little money or do you want to help later with much more money?

For me, without a doubt I’ll choose the second option. Some will look me in the eye and say, “Terry, you are such a selfish person”. Frankly, I’m not bother at all because I know what I want and I know what I’m doing. Start helping yourself first before you think about helping others.

Sitting here in front of my laptop, I sincerely pray for the people who are affect by the Myammer Cyclone and the China Earthquake. Google is helping on the relief effort. Here’s more information.

My birthday, 23rd May 2008

Time flies and now I’m 22 years old. I didn’t want to celebrate my birthday because I feel that it’s not really necessary but my girlfriend suggested that I do a BBQ and I invited my family and close friends. It was a great suggestion, it’s been sometime since so many people gather together. It was more for the fun and get together. I had quite a good time myself. I can’t wait for next year’s birthday!

Singapore Won Pedra Branca

Finally the 28 years old dispute is over. The International Court of Justice has awarded sovereignty over Pedra Branca island to Singapore. You can read more about it at Yahoo News.

Oh it’s a small island, why fight over it? Most of people would probably think that way but this tiny island is more than just an island, it’s a lighthouse. It may not look significant but it serves an important purpose for the ships coming in and out of the Singapore Straits.

It reminds me of strategic marketing and management. You need to put yourself into the best position possible in able to grow your business.

Well before I end this short little ramble, I want to thank my family and relatives, especially my Grandmother who did most of the food preparation. Not forgetting my Dad and girlfriend, they have been encouraging in my endeavors me all this while. My friends who were there at the BBQ (you know who you are). Last but not least, my readers and people on my mailing list who have send me birthday emails - I didn’t forget about you guys!

It’s late now and I need to get some sleep. Tomorrow will be another busy day! And Oh, I just watched Indiana Jones and The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, not too bad.
